She/Her
Hola! I'm Francine, a proud Latina therapist dedicated to fostering healthy relationships and empowering individuals to embrace their authentic selves. Growing up in a family where the tug-of-war between cultural assimilation and preserving our roots was a constant presence, I learned firsthand the complexities of connection and the importance of self-discovery.
From my earliest memories, I witnessed the challenges of maintaining connections within a dispersed family network spanning continents. These experiences instilled in me a profound appreciation for the importance of cultivating healthy relationships, as well as the courage to let go of toxic ones.
As early as my teenage years, I felt a calling to help others navigate the complexities of human connection. This journey of self-discovery ultimately led me to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist. Today, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families, drawing upon my multicultural background to provide culturally sensitive support.
Life, like a canvas, is filled with emotions waiting to be expressed. That's where I come in. With a mix of Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Narrative Theory, I'm here to create a safe haven for you to explore your feelings and relationships openly.
I thrive on the beauty of human connection and the resilience of the human spirit. Guiding you through your journey of self-discovery and deeper connections fills me with joy. In our sanctuary, your story takes center stageāa masterpiece waiting to unfold. Together, let's paint a picture of renewal, where hope's vibrant colors dance endlessly and your life shines brighter than ever.
